289 trophies down..Diskun to go....

as of yesterday I achieved Crazy HAnd! and my 289th trophy.

I know need diskun.

The bonuses and penalties left are;

HAmmer throw
flying meteor
lethal weapon
meteor master
and
power shielder.

Now, I have no idea what a meteor move is. I didnt know it was possible to throw the hammer. Lethal weapon, well ive used every move and still didnt get it.
and power shielder, that bonus just doesnt turn up for me.

Can anyone help?

Hammer throw -> Get hited when hyopu ahve the hammer, and sometimes you will throw it.
Powershielding -> Search in the advanced techs, but is defende with the siekld when the hitbox are in the shield espace... is dificult to explain
Meteor -> Attacks can send you directly down.
And the other i dont know.
