20XX Toggles?

[Hey im Frisk]

Hey guys,
for some reason, none of my toggles are working. Im on 4.0 Beta04. In the debug menu i do have the "In Game Code Toggles" on, and I am using P2 as the CPU, yet it does not work. Im running 20XX on Dolphin. Is there a 20XX version that has the working toggles and runs properly on Dolphin? If so what version?

Not sure, but I've heard there aren't toggles in 4.0 Hope I could be of help .

Now im running 3.02 on dolphin and the commands wont work :/ anything with d-pad doesnt work. Any suggestions?
