20xx stuck at 21%

I think I was playing around with the debug menu and turned frame counter on my opponents damage stays at 21% no matter how much you hit them. I turned frame counter off to see if it would help but nothing anyone know a solution?

idk if this is it but if you do Y + d-pad up it locks p2's percent to p1's.

almost certainly. and any in-game toggle can be reset by reloading the game

edit: so if you had no idea which features were on and off and wanted to just get things normal again

Just reload the game, that should reset everything.
