so i'm new to modding but i got some of the basics already. i want to dig in deeper so i've got a lot of things that i'm gonna need help with. ive tried reading some of dragon and achillies posts and thats way to above my head to understand fully at this point. (im using DAT texture wizard v4.1 n photoshop cs5.5) whoever can help me, thanks in advance... first thing i need help with is this

i'm changing the title screen: in the coding the big 'S' is copy & pasted in 3 spots. how do i change this so that i can have 3 different images instead of the same thing copied in the 3 places?
another thing i've been wondering if there is a way to make work... can i replace some of the PNGs with an animated gif or a APNG, is there anyway to make that work?
