20XX ISO "Corrupted"?

hey,

So I was going to install 4.06 but ran into an issue. After I build the ISO, I can't open it to put the "games" folder onto my USB. I've tried using File Explorer and WinRAR but both say "the ISO file is unknown or corrupted."

I tried redownloding/rebuilding, uninstalling then reinstalling WinRAR, and just about every troubleshooting solution I could find on Google about general ISO file issues.

My USB already has DiosMios on it, I just need to get the game onto it, but this issue is stopping me. Does anyone know how to help?

As far as I remember you're supposed to create the "games" folder and put the ISO in it, or something to that extent (for nintendont I think you have to rename the ISO game.ISO or something like that). You're not supposed to open the ISO
