20xx cpu vs melee

which cpu is harder i cant tell the difference. Also in the new 20xx coming can you make the cpu as hard as project m level 9 bots? i
i just want to know if you can because i want to get hit by advanced techniques like a tourny player uses.

They aren't deigned to be hard; they're designed to be better punching bags because they DI and tech randomly, rather than using limited DI and missing tech almost every time like the vanilla CPUs do.

Also, Melee CPUs are far harder to hack than Brawl CPUs (as is Melee in general); no-one can even get the spacies to use their side-Bs to recover, never mind do anything intelligently.
