2 Player Wifi with Anyone

Hi! I found out that it's possible for 2 players to play online with anyone, like seen in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyqyEGH3nsU
I know the codes:
WITH ANYONE - Basic Brawl Multiplayer [Phantom Wings]
4A000000 90180B44
38000000 00FF1000
10000000 0000000C

WITH ANYONE - Team Battle Multiplayer [Phantom Wings & Jose Gallardo]
4A000000 90180B44
38000000 00FF1100
10000000 0000000C

However I am PAL so can somebody give me the PAL versions of the codes?
If nobody has them, could somebody please port them?
It doesn't seem too hard - the codes are just 3 lines :D

Edit: Oh and now I noticed, why are those 2 codes exactly the same?

I'm no good at porting XD, but I have a good idea of who you can ask. http://www.youtube.com/user/BullyWiiPlaza <-- This guy works on all sorts of codes for online Brawling. There are improved versions of these two codes right on this forum (check 27teresa27's thread on Brawl General>Brawl Online discussion)

Also, those two codes aren't exactly the same.
Basic is 00FF1000
Team is 00FF1100

I'm sorry, I was so tired last night :C Apparently I was wrong, those are the only, current codes for basic/team multiplayer. I don't really know what I was thinking XD

However I can tell you this: for Basic you have to be host, but for team it's non-host.

Hey guys, I believe someone already ported the codes into Pal. I don't know if the codes work as my version of SSBB is NTSC.

Oddly enough, another one of those codes works. With Anyone Basic Brawl works just fine but Team Battle multiplayer doesn't work.
