From what I can see from the tier lists posted on All is Brawl, most people seem to agree that he is top tier. Personally I agree with this.

i ope he isnt cuz then when i beat my friends they say "oh u only won cuz he top tier"...on the other hand if lots of people play him he will develop a sweet meta game
