Dude, this sucks asscheeks! Hobo 17 is 16 days away (Not including today), and I have no body to practice with. I would just play online all day but my connection sucks with everybody, including my friend down the street who is a tornado ***** and thunder spammer. Hate to say it but i am the best brawler where I live (Spring, Texas), the closest brawler to me with any significance would be Fliphop who lives in Aldine, about 30 minutes away. I'm sure he wouldn't want to help me anyways, I'm just some scrub.
I've been watching videos of a few Houston area brawlers I have played before such as Ozz, Jerm, and Gnes. I even checked videos of brawler's I can expect to play such as Zori, I didn't even know he switched to Wario.
If only I had that person to practice with in-person for the next 16 days or so I think I can get a few rounds deep. The only tournaments I have been to (AirBrushKing Play N Trade Series) I take out my first opponent then lose to my second or third. I am 2-0 against MK's though. I wanna get deep into this tourny, I don't expect to win but to take from this experience, the way I have taken from past tournament experiences. I also want to meet other houtson area brawlers and try to get my name out there. Maybe wins some mms hahaha.
If anybody lives near Spring and needs some one to play against then please contact me. I main Toon Link and am looking for anybody with skillz to help me out, hopefully they can also be my doubles partner.
