Smash Wii U 150-1031 disc error when Gaur Plain is chosen

So I was bored, browsing the my music section. When I picked Gaur Plain, 150-1031 disc error pops up.

Then I played For Fun online, and Gaur Plain is chosen, the error comes up again, that made me suspicious. So I pick it again offline mode and the same error shows up. Help??? (Pics coming soon)

I just checked Nintendo support. Apparently, they said not removing the disc and powering down for at least 30 seconds. Then, if that fails, to check for anything on the back of the disc. If that fails, might have to replace your game.
