"Where's the Smashdown?"
Nerd Street Gamers is excited to bring you our first NCS Major "Smashdown" tournament for Super Smash Brothers Ultimate on March 21st through 22nd at Localhost Denver! Come test your skills against some of the best smash players in North America where you will compete for the chance to win part of the $10,000 prize pot for singles and the $2,500 prize pot for doubles! You can also earn valuable "NCS Points" for our National Championship Series circuit. This NCS Major will include a singles bracket of 384 players, a doubles bracket of 256 players and five side brackets that will be running throughout the event! Sign up quickly to reserve your spot for the singles and doubles brackets! Sign ups for side brackets will be available during the live event.

Registration:

• Register at Localhost Denver Saturday or Sunday from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM MST.
• Pre-register at lobby.gg
• Please fill out the required text boxes for first and last name, player handle, email, address, phone number, and organization upon registration on lobby.

Schedule:

Format:

• Singles:
• 32 pools - 4/pool to phase top 128
• 12 pools - 4/pool to top 24
• 2 pools - 4/pool to top 8
• 1 pool - 8 player finals
• Doubles:
• 21 pools - 4/pool to top 84
• 7 pools - 4/pool to top 28
• 2 pool - 4/pool to top 8
• 1 pool - 8 team finals
• Side Brackets:
• 12 player pool per brackets
• $5 entry per bracket you enter
• No limit on bracket entries

Setups

• Nerd Street Gamers will be providing (50) smash setups for the Major.

General Rules

• Players must be present during the tournament/s from start to finish. If a player is not present for their bracket, after five (5) minutes they will be automatically disqualified.
• Players using a pro controller must disconnect after every match. Not doing so will delay the tournament.
• Friendly banter is always acceptable.
• No shouting across the venue or using profanities.
• Spectators are welcome to view the NCS Major, no venue fee is required.

• Singles: Pre-Register using lobby.gg:
• Early Bird Price: First 100 tickets bought on lobby at $50
• Normal Price: Tickets 101-300 bought on lobby at $75
• Late Price: Tickets 301-384 bought on lobby at $100
• Doubles: Pre-Register using lobby.gg:
• Early Bird Price: First 100 tickets bought on lobby at $40
• Normal Price: Tickets 101-256 bought on lobby at $60
