Found it while poking around the data partition looking for something to occupy myself with. It's with all the other muskc, but it's not named along with the convention and is miniscule. I can't get it to play; but the size is just large enough that it can't be empty (could be a length of silence, though). What is it?

Probably is silence used in-game so i'd ignore it
or i could be wrong and it is used for something awesome

Silence used in-game? I believe most silence used in game is the absence of a music track, not a specific track with nothing on it.

I just find it odd that it's the only one not named X##.

I opened it in Brawlbox, and it is silence.
It's only about 1.28 secs of silence to be exact
