I don't know how there could be any more swearing.

I think if a Sonic game were T-rated, it would more likely be for things like smoking, drinking, or subtle notes of dialogue. Blood could be an issue briefly, but I do not see the series headed in the 'gory for glory' direction, unless I missed too many evolutions of that gaming property, or it comes under divergent leadership.
