As much as I'd like Spring Man, I doubt he'll be in Ultimate. He's a brand new assist trophy for this game. If he ended up getting the assist promotion this game I think it'd cause mass salt that the assist to get the promotion would be him over other candidates who've suffered 'assist trophy Hell' for as long as they have.

However, ANY rep from ARMs would be welcomed IMO.
