I feel the same way, but I can't really provide proof that Corrin is better than those ranked above him/her. Except maybe Toon Link.

She's just like Yoshi, underplayed and underrated, but stupidly good

Don't forget underestimated. I've lost count of how many taunters I've crushed.

Taunt to bodied is my favorite true combo, and Corrin isn't the only character I know how to do it with.

My favorite is getting a screen or star ko and just up-Bing off stage.

I think it's because generally I'm used to outspacing my opponents and having a reliable, unique moveset. So when my opponent has the same tools, it kinda throws me off.
I still win them most of the time.

The reason I love Corrin is because she fulfils all my criteria for maining a character.
1)Simple, reliable, efficient tools.
2)Good spacing
3)The moves "flow" into each other (you know what I mean)
4)That sweet, strong voice. Oh god that voice of hers.

What made you pick Corrin? And what made you main him/her?
For me, as soon as I saw the dragon stuff in the trailer I was pretty much sold.

I started playing smash a little before Corrin came out. I was a lucina main, not because of best waifu status, but because spacing people out with a fast moving sword is what I wanted to use. Corrin was a new sword character, that was really cool. So as soon as I got my 3ds and had money to buy DLC, I bought Corrin.
As a matter of fact, I've been playing her so long that I can't play any other playstyle

I got Smash 3DS in late 2014. It was highly addictive, and I ended up having mained every character in the roster, excluding Olimar.
Then, just when I settled on Cloud being my final main, along comes Corrin's trailer. The moveset looked dope AF, so I bought her, and she played so...so CORRECTLY. I instantly knew I'd been looking for her all this while. And not as a waifu.
Except for that voice. That voice bruh.
