LOL More like guys and girls being aroused before she turns them to stone with her Mera Mera Beam. This is the result of eating a Devil Fruit (which is a fruit that grants all sorts of strange powers to the cast of One Piece).

For example, Luffy has the Gum Gum Fruit for his rubbery abilities while Hancock ate the Love Love Fruit to turn those that love her into stone. The only weakness for these people are seawater.
