I feel like Pika struggles a little with disjoints too but a kill confirm is probably more important. I can sympathize with having struggles killing. Though the more I play the more I think a safe poke would be better for Game & Watch.

disjoints are honestly not a problem because his rolls and spotdodge are so OP lol, he's GOING to get in

but then he "gets in," you're at 130, he's at 70, and then he dies trying to finish the stock

tbh G&W doesn't need much to be good. Increase the sweetspot sizes on his moves overall/more active frames and give him a reliable killing aerial and he's good. Maybe movement speed buffs considering his terribad aerial acceleration, but that's probably being gratuitous.

That and for Bucket to have less ending lag. The move is so punishable as is right now.

On Pika, disjoints are an issue for him but not one where it means "oh this guy has big hitboxes, I'm gonna have such a hard time", especially when he has something like Quick Attack. It definitely feels like Pikachu gets killed before he gets to kill his opponent, at least from the Pikachus I've faced.

disjoints aren't an issue because you're never throwing out a hitbox unless you're already in your opponent's range

like in Pika vs. Marth, you're not going to try to f-air while Marth can pivot f-tilt you or something, that's a rare occurrence
