I have really bad mentality that keeps me from performing my best. When I am winning I am only thinking of what can go wrong and I have a panic attack in my head. This happens everytime I'm winning. I regularly get 4 stocked to people I know I can beat and people come back 3-1 stocks when I know I should have won. How can I prevent/ stop this mentality I have?
