And, all that said, I'd assume January would have a monthly tournament, like the Kafenio tournament. Only thing stopping that is Genesis, but I'm sure people would just reschedule.

Well, you didn't post the event, just the link to it. But I'm actually in the Utah Smash group already! I checked it before messaging you and was hoping there was an event that wasn't immediately apparent, heh.

But yeah, I really do want to get into the scene more. I didn't have personal transportation during the Brawl years which was my biggest hold-up. Now it's knowing about the tournaments enough in advance to get the time off from work.

The 801 labs event is really consistent. I can't go because work, but I think that'd be the best bet to start. They tend to be rather big from what I've heard.

That said, the event page is updated sometimes and the main Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/UtahSmash/) has most the events. Tsuteto would know more then me on this.
