Just up, though preferably on the side hitboxes as they don't spike you like the center does.
It has too much hitstun at kill percent to actually jump out of, but if you can get to the top of the usmash at the end of the move the final hit whiffs and you can punish Mewtwo's endlag.

You have an idea of how big the final hitbox is? Also, I wish SDI and hitlag multipliers were easier to find. I usually go to the 1.0.4. Thinkaman pastebin but it's less convenient than I want it to be.

Also, relevant, played a yoshi in wf/GF last night at my local and I SDI'd out of DAir and got a dashgrab punish. Couldn't do it reliably/didn't want to get hit by DAir anyway, but it made me smile.
