lol, tbh windows 10 ****ed up the program I use to get the gamecube controller to work with Dolphin :/

Programs yeah, most likely to without a doubt. But not fan-made drivers for unintentionally used hardware.

Do you use Zadig? Have you tried to run it in Win X compatibility mode?
