I bet PP would help with Game & Watch's and Villager's DThrow combos too, though. I don't fully understand why PPing is so important for certain combos but I think it's a combination of faster movement than walking and freer than running, combined with directional change.

I didn't know a towel on someone's head instead of hair was attractive. TBH I didn't notice his badly her "hair" was animated until the Zelda boards pointed it out to me.

Palutena's pretty fun though. Reflect Barrier being unblockable is an interesting touch.

Also for some reason your avatar is showing as that Anna picture currently, are you cycling through your avatars?

I couldn't remember if I responded to this earlier. Guess I didn't. Palutena's fun but I don't think I could ever be great with her. I use her from time to time though.

Her FTilt is pretty good at racking damage

idk when to use her f-tilt tbh. i just throw it out when i feel like it. her u-tilt surprisingly kills though. i never bothered noticing it since i'm too busy trying to land reads with her smash attacks and attempting to confirm into u-air somehow

I liked her UTilt before it was cool. I mean good. It reminds me of Dedede's UAir only grounded and without quite as big a disjoint.

Her FTilt is probably meant to hit multiple times but its knockback is too high so you're lucky to get 10% out of it. Usually you get 4 or 6% for a laggy as crap tilt. It's a good hitbox wall but she has better defensive options.

Each of FTilts hits does 1 extta shield damage so it does a number on them.

A few kind of personal questions that I've been curious about too. Nothing huge. First, after seeing how attached you are to Monado Boy in Smash 4, who did you use in previous Smash titles?

Are you from the Philippines or have you lived other places?

I used Snake and Marth back in Brawl. I used Sheik, Marth and Link in Melee. I used Kirby and Link in Smash 64

Yeah. I'm from the Philippines, the country with arguably the worst internet.... in the world. So yeah, For Glory or Anther's is nigh impossible for me

I've lived in other places though. Some places in America (Virginia, and New York comes into mind)

Yep. I'm a Filipino although I've been confused as an American due to my bottom tier ability with my own language (so some people confuse me as a non-filipino/american). I find this to be funny most of the time. I actually lived in America though first before my own country since my parents were married in America because the president was a **** back then

Also, Shield Shulk is weird but in a good way. You can discourage approaches when using the art which is pretty much what you want anyway

Makes sense. I'm a little myopic when it comes to judging people's ethnicity online, partially because I'm a white male (which I'd assume is the most common combination for users here) and also because I live in a state where racial diversity is very low. A lot of whites, good number of Hispanics, and not much else.

That said, I've lived in other states with far greater diversity so it's not as though I've had no exposure. Lol at "bottom tier ability with my own language" (though I understand there are a lot of dialects in the Philippines). Was that the American or Filipino President?

I haven't been able to play Smash for almost two months. Once I can again I hope to go to more local tournaments. One of my coworkers is a competitive Smasher, something I figured out when I heard him humming the Fire Emblem song from Melee.

It's kinda hard to judge ethnicity online, tbh so I feel ya. Only time I know when someone's a Filipino or not is when they actually bother speaking the language which is extremely rare because everyone I talk to via internet (sans FB or Twitter ofc) speaks in English

I don't feel like going to tournaments at the moment. Weeklies, sure. Majors? Idk. College is coming up soon and I'm sure my time in Smashboards and Smash in general is gonna get cut down by a lot

English is interesting. It's far from the most commonly spoken language in the world (as far as numbers go) but it's definitely one of the most prominent when it comes to international relations.
