I've never heard of it being able to show the other person's face before. Are you talking about you "MII"? Either that or you are talking about another piece of software entirely.

In terms of the voice thing, that's something you have control of. I believe it is set to Off by default.

How can you tell if it is on or off

When you join my game room, you should see the voice chat option at the top right I believe? I've never really talked with people on it before. Keep in mind that this option is completely unavailable in For Glory.

So what did I do wrong

I think the biggest thing you need to work on is defense. I did not see you block once in the span of the four matches (one roll though). Utilize grabs and throws more. When in the air, you are very predictable. Don't just move in one direction upwards while in the air and just stop using stone form for now. Try using more aerials. It felt like you were just wildly throwing out attacks hoping to get lucky.

How do I grab you though, it seemed you would attack me if I too close to grab you

Also, did I air dodge at all through those four matches, or did lag prevent it from coming through

Run up to me and press shield against my attack. From there, you can press the attack button (while shield holding shield) and it will grab me. Work on this, when the opponent attacks your shield, you can grab them.
