I found it on Pixiv. I basically just book mark any tag I'd use, then refresh them constantly. Here's the source actually

Oh awesome. I've heard of Pixiv before but can't seem to manage to navigate through the site due to the language barrier

It's actually really easy! All I do is go to Gelbooru, look up a character, find an image with Piixiv as the source, then randomly click tags until I figure out "Ok, these moon runes mean Fire Emblem".
