The only "nice" guys who finish last with women are the ones that are jsujust pretending to be nice so they can score p00sy. Girls can sniff that **** out straight away.
If a guy is legitimately (and that's the key word) nice and has good self esteem (which doesn't mean false arrogance), then he'll do just fine.
Most teenagers don't get this because the only confident guys at that age are usually douchebags.
