Aww, that's unfortunate. Yeah, that's the same reason it took me so long to get to playing Skyward Sword lol. Do you ever plan on getting it though?
Ryan.
Ryan.
Yeah, I have to wait even longer for Smash haha. That's the worst part of it. And yes I will be getting it eventually haha. I have heard so many great things about it.
PlasmaPuffball
PlasmaPuffball
Yeah, that kinda sucks haha. And from the looks of it, the Wii U version isn't coming until the end of November at the earliest. Do you just not have much interest in the 3DS or it's games? Skyward Sword is a close 2nd to Twilight Princess to me, I loved everything they did with it. Only thing is the motion controls can be a bit quirky, but that's not too big.
Ryan.
Ryan.
Nah that's not it, it's the money lol. Already spent a lot on the Wii U. Yeah I'm expecting a November or December release now. I watched my friend play it once and he had motion control trouble but it still looks so fun.

Ah, that makes sense, getting both the Wii U and 3DS is like $500, not even counting the games. Maybe they'll do a Smash + 3DS bundle. Hopefully you can get both so you can get the Soundtrack offer they're doing. Do you play Smash more casually or competitively? Yeah, it's really fun, kinda annoying that the Motion Plus thing was $20, but totally worth it.
Ryan.
Ryan.
Yeah I certainly have to save up. The Soundtrack offer is awesome too. Well, I would say I play more casually. I don't like items or stages with hazards but I certainly do not get into all the techniques and whatnot.

I have to save up too, I really want some of those Smash Amiibos, mainly Jr. and Yoshi. Ah, I guess most people play like that. Speaking of hazards, I kinda hope that there's not too many, the Yellow Devil ruins a perfectly good stage. I don't think a lot of people are fans of the concept of stage bosses.
Ryan.
Ryan.
I probably won't buy any of those haha. Yeah true. Although there is an FD version of that stage thankfully.

I didn't think I would get them either, but the quality is pretty good, but I wouldn't use them with any of the games they're for. I'm glad they're doing the whole FD thing, makes online pretty good, in my opinion.
Ryan.
Ryan.
I agree. I can't wait for the online for this Smash, it just looks so much better.

Yeah, I'm confident it'll be a trillion times better than Brawl. And it has more options as well. Definitely gonna play it quite a bit.
Ryan.
Ryan.
I loved Brawl anyway, and Smash 4 just looks so much better already because of all the content. I cannot wait.
PlasmaPuffball

Brawl was my favorite out of the 4 games before Smash 4. I'm curious of all the content the Wii U version will have, since we know so little about it compared to the 3DS version.
Ryan.
Ryan.
Ugh I know, I hope we get details on a Wii U exclusive mode soon. I really want stage builder to return.
PlasmaPuffball
PlasmaPuffball
Yeah, I feel like the 3DS version will keep the spotlight for quite a while. I do want much more information for Wii U though, particularly stages. I want Stage Builder back too, but with a lot more customization than in Brawl.
Ryan.
Ryan.
Same. Stage Builder is an amazing concept, it can really be a game seller I think if they added more to it.
PlasmaPuffball
PlasmaPuffball
Yeah, I think so too. What more do you want to see be added to it?
Ryan.
Ryan.
More backgrounds, terrain (and stuff like water and lava would be cool), and just more realistic looking things.
PlasmaPuffball
PlasmaPuffball
Yeah, I really only used 1 of the backgrounds, so more would be nice. And I didn't like a lot of the obstacles that it had, like the springs, but it was still a really innovative thing they included.
Ryan.
Ryan.
The springs I rarely used because the computer players didn't know how to get off them it seems.
