I'm thinking it's real too. I would discuss my feelings towards the unrevealed characters in the CSS picture, but I'll summarize it in one word: "meh"

False Sense
I will admit, the remaining characters do seem a bit bland. Even Shulk seems a little dull considering what he's capable of. However, I intend to reserve judgement until I've seen exactly what the final roster is and what all these characters are capable of. Who knows, maybe things will be much better in the actual game than in some "leaked" pictures and blurry footage.
I'm going to say that it's more than likely real, at this point. I find it hard to believe that someone would go through so much effort to fake all those elaborate trophies and video footage. However, I remain open to the possibility that some parts may not be entirely real, or that the roster is incomplete.
