So, in your opinion, how good are the Tactician's/Robin's chances? Are they high, low, or somewhere in between?

I'd honestly say a high middle.

Interesting. I'd put him/her at about 30% myself. I don't think s/he's necessarily likely, but I think there is a very real possibility it could happen. Things have actually been looking pretty good for him/her lately.

By the way, you've seen my Robin analysis in the RTC thread, correct? What did you think of that?

I really liked it. It was thorough, not really leaving anything out. I have a long ass analysis about how Marth's fate, starter or unlockable, affects chances both ways, but it doesn't fit here. what a pain. Will people get mad if I bring up Fire Emblem again? xD

Probably. But that sounds like an interesting read. I'd like to see that, if possible.

But seriously, I am so excited! Robin is boss, Lucina is cool (as in better than Chrom), and Falcon is Falcon. Kinda concerned about Lucina's moveset, but other than that, all I'm concerned about is where on Earth Ness is. So yeah, great day. That's even before that awesome Rayman trophy (that does practically dis-confirm him, though)!

That's good to hear. I myself am unbelievably excited about this bit of news. Well, Robin, at least. I'm not too sure about Lucina being in at all, but at the very least, she seems to be a near complete clone of Marth, so she likely wouldn't have taken up much development time.

But whatever, I got my most wanted newcomer, despite everyone saying I couldn't. Now I just hope I can get Mewtwo...

But yeah, uber excited to try him out. I stopped randomely several times today, and got this stupid grin on my face, that's how excited I was. Robin more than makes up for any flaw Lucina may have!

Agreed. At least if we got an unoriginal Fire Emblem character, we got a fantastic one with it. I see Lucina as sort of a free bonus, one that didn't really cost much and is just a nice addition packaged with an already great character.

And of course, both characters, along with Chrom's official de-confirmation and the lack of Shulk, tear a hole in that wretched Gematsu Leak that appeared to be absolute.

Eh, I never hated the leak that much. I just hated the goddamn religion it turned into. His info is believable. However, it wasn't absolute because Gematsu is still human. This made people realize that, so I'm happy.
