Ike's Neutral B has armor, that's why you take priority depending on the attack, Kirby has heavy armor out of his Down b, and I'm pretty sure it decays over time. Since the Down B animation had lasted a couple seconds I assume that it degraded enough that Ike's neutral b could knock through it

Falco doesn't seemed nerfed to me :\, people just need to get better at him. We should really complain about Marth's reduced dash grab...

I guess you misunderstood me, all I'm saying is Falco isn't as strong because of the recoveries buff and the various other buffs characters have been giving to deal with spacies.

Few people use Falco at the highest level, honestly he is kinda trashy. Also by hardest, I mean MU-wise, almost every character has a counter for him and he has lost a lot of his strengths thanks to recoveries
