I always have trouble playing good Pikachus because I have a hard time getting close in order to attack. Pika's neutral B makes horizontal approaches tough, and the down B makes approaches from above and bellow difficult.

I always played as Marth in Melee. I was hoping that in Brawl I would find someone that I liked being even more, but I ended up settling on Marth again as my main, with Ike in a close second.

I have to say that I really like the advice on keeping your eyes on your opponent. I'd never though about it before, but I've always concentrated more on my own character. It seams so common sense now. Now that I've started watching my opponent carefully, I've drastically improved.

I don't think anyone suggested this, but it looks to me like Marth is using his counter.

I'd think he would have to be offensive in order to get kills. Quick attacks and maneuverability lend themselves well to combos. And I'm assuming that most of Pit's attacks won't hit too hard. I'm guessing he'll play sorta like Marth, but with a better recovery move.
