    Zard and Falcon are both agreed to be pretty rough match ups, so It probably wouldn't help too much.

    Basically he has tons of tools to stuff any approach we have. Bacon and fair/f-tilt stuff aerial side b stuff and d-tilt beats basically everything we have on the ground. I don't have too much experience in the match up but that's the jist of it.

    I've heard that Rob solidly wins the Toon Link match up, but I struggle with it a lot. Does anyone have insight as to how you should play the match up? Or any clear advantages we have. I'm pretty scrubby but I feel like I'm approaching the match up wrong.

    I don't think anyone was arguing that the changes were good for ROB, but his nair has a new sort of niche it can fill now is all I was saying at least.

    As Lunchables said, although the kill power seems almost non existent I find I can pull off a boost nair >land > up air follow up that kills as well. Not all bad I guess.

    Tried him out and the nair change seems really bad. It has such bad kill power now, at least thats what it seemed like from playing some games.

    Didn't get to do a full analysis but the main thing I saw was that you dont really ever grab ledge. There was times were your opponent only had up b and you still went for an off stage edgeguard where grabbing ledge would have sufficed. And also imo FD is THE R.O.B map vs Falcon just due to low...

    A quick question about facing Dedede, let's say that he's used his up-b and landed on stage, what is the optimal punish? I usually just try to go for a grab or nair but I feel like there's better things to do while he's stuck in the end lag.

    Hmmm ok. I agree with what you about having to rack up heavy percent to get anywhere, in that case should i just always go for down throw > follow up for percent instead of back/forward throw > edge guard?

    I haven't seen anything about it in a while, so what's the consensus on the Dedede match up? I had a lot of trouble with it and I feel like Rob has a tough time killing him. Id love to be proven wrong but D3 seems hard to kill off the top and his 3 jumps + a strong up b gave me a hard time edge...

    Also sorry about my wording regarding the side-b. To the best of my knowledge as long as Yoshi is in the air in his side-b it has no hitbox, once it hits the ground it does, if that's where the confusion was.

    Tbh it seems like's pure johns from an outside perspective. Basically all you've said is that yoshi nair > ROB and DrinkingFoods linked some sets of him beating a very good yoshi so it seems not to be the case. Not to mention if you're serious about having a character counter then the Yoshi...

    Im not an expert by any means, but vs yoshi I think the best way to edgeguard is to go quite deep and force him into something you can react to, also remember his aerial side b (the egg) has no hitbox when started from the air so you can always challenge it with any aerial.

    Just like Rajikaru said, I also really have trouble with DACUS. i can do it maybe 40% of the time but unlike wavedashing o anything I cant find any way to see a visual queue or anything for when to press up and z
