They won't be nerfing recoveries across the board they will be reviewing and balancing them. So in other words, Falcon buffs.

I'm just glad the PMBR acknowledges the recovery situation. It just goes to show they do look out for the community and our feedback as well as how the meta-game is developing.

Fox. Run around throwing out UpSmash and Up throw > UpAir as well as other smashes occasionally for beginners. Intermediate level, learn to master movements like wavedash and platform movements. Advanced -> shine tech/pressure.

Sometimes it's better to use UpB, go above the opponent, take a hit and land on stage rather than use SideB and potentially get hit further from the stage.

I just want the balance changes, personally not too interested in All-Stars Mode atm. I think they should've waited until after the roster was completely or near completely balanced to add that feature, but I don't think adding in All-Stars mode is really affecting the other areas of development...
