In my opinion, Fox is top 3 or so in the game. This might change in like 2 or 3 years but as of now I think he's top 3. Fox can do anything he could do in Melee, while also having the ability to use RAR and footstools.

Marths like PS against Fox these days because there's no top platform for Fox to take advantage of.
