if olimar had an overwhelmingly positive record against falcon in tournament then i'd say you're right. results are really the only hard evidence to back up any theory or opinion.

In my experience, I can only ever play with tilt stick. rising frame perfect aerials are just too easy with tilt stick and L or R set to jump. utilts into sh uairs is also incredibly good at lower percents with cloud and tilt stick makes the inputs a breeze, as if they were already that hard...

if a character has any move that comes out on frame 3 or sooner, you can actually power shield the move and hit him out of it. every character can do this so it's just a matter of trying to predict what option they are trying to cover and if they've learned how to do it or not. on top of that...

You make a good point. Most notably Leo has beaten Nairo and Dabuz with MK twice now both of those were at Goml and Ktar, 3-1 and 3-0 respectively which I don't think either Ito or Tyrant could pull off.
