    the only way i can really K.O. at a low% is through edgeguarding and u smash. Other than that the best way would be to rack up some damage and dair/fair.(or if your feeling lucky, wd jab and then up b.)

    Im guessing ivysaurs neutral b will have about the same lag as nesses up b coming out, probably a bit of ending lag though, it would be broken without it
