Toon Link Matchup Rediscussion: Marth
I personally think it's 45-55 Marth's fair out prioritizes everything except bombs which makes it hard for us. Also we're heavily gimpable off stage due to our recovery. Though for me personally I haven't had much trouble with marth mains. I seem to do fine against them if I space well enough.
