The 2006-2008 Tier list
just gonna add my two cents here, dunno if anyone really cares, my main game is Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike anyways. Anyway, a tier list shouldn't be based off of tournament results, if you ask me that's just ********. If you base a tier list off of tournament results you're ranking people not...- Vicioustale
