I would keep :4cloud:and cut :4bayonetta:. Cloud because he's from a different third party (representing Square Enix) Although Bayonetta is also from Sega, and we already have Sonic so yeah.... Also some indie characters should get representation like Shantae and Shovel Knight or characters on...

I don't really play top tiers other than :4mario:,and:4ryu: (Still learning) I would play Cloud if the bug on my Wii U that won't let me access the Eshop gets patched or if I get a new one. Well other than that I do play :4myfriends: which is why I want Cloud...

Theres probably some universally Top or at least High-Mid tier characters that need rebalancing. For me anyways it's most notable with Pikachu and Fox. The backrooms seems to stand by that claim. It's probably the speed and combo ability in all games.
