    Does Squirtle need buffs?

    I was playing against a Diddy Kong on Yoshi's Island. The Diddy was at around 200%, and I down threw him. He barely went anywhere, plus when I down-smashed him at around 60% he was still able to Crouch Cancel it and hit me. Is my game buggy, or was there a nerf that I'm unaware of?
