    The best way I have learned to teach new players is to introduce them to the concept of the game first. Then let them try out all the characters to find one (or a lot) that best suites their play style. Then it depends if you are wanting them to learn competitive tech, which you would introduce...

    I am trying to learn melee fox, but I don't have the game, what should I do?

    I really want to get into competitive melee, but I have no way of actually playing the game as I do not have the disc. I do not own a gamecube, but have a wii that could play it, and I was wondering if I should buy it, or homebrew my wii and get it that way. Edit: I ended up buying the game
