not true. His jab combo is 2 regular jabs and, if he initiates it, a minimum of 4 spins before cancelling the rapid ones (4 hits) + the frames needed for a spotdodge/bringing up the shield. I have not tested if you are grounded and he misses the first 2 jabs and only leans in for the rapid...
