I'm in the same boat as you. This isn't a far drive and I'm thinking this may be my first tournament too. I haven't played melee in months and I don't even own a GC, but **** it. Got to start somewhere

Yeah I've only heard good things about Sennheiser headphones. I'm assuming the same goes for their headsets. Idk though since I'm planning a trip to Vegas in the summer with some friends as well as to go to my first Smash major (or tourney for that matter). Need to save that $$$

I think the key to getting more viewers on the stream is to have a bunch of high level play being continuously streamed. Whether it's live matches or pros critiquing videos. Since getting together pros on such short notice would be difficult, I think a good idea would be to get a bunch of pros...
