No, I seriously dont see how people think showing off the opening early makes it reused clips. Unlike brawl and smash 4 where their clips were taken from other cinematics, melees was made specially for the intro which was shown off early.

Don't worry you're not stupid or anything its far from just you experiencing it. Rolls are just far to safe in this game, I believe its possible to DACUS with the n3ds so that will help with approaches in the future but for now its really just a kill joy as you said.
