Actually upon studying this closer, I think that it looks less like Skyloft and more like an entire world split into different sections, and divided in half from top to bottom. This COULD be where Spirits takes place.

I love most of these, but I don't think that last one works. Gannydorf isn't going to accept anybody else as the leader, and the rest of them definitely aren't the type to be led. Plus Dark Pit is more anti-hero than villain. Couldn't see him working alongside the rest of them.
