That's kind of silly reasoning. Just because something is a good idea, but in a different game, doesn't mean that it shouldn't be implemented.

If you space yourself within their roll range and predict the roll, you can punish with an easy usmash sweetspot.

You can dthrow-Solar Beam on some floaties at mid-percents, but it can be kind of tricky. I think it works well as a DI mixup, but I wouldn't rely on it 100%. dthrow-up B-Solar Beam is also a thing.

Seed bomb gives you an insane amount of stage control. You don't need to throw them out necessarily expecting them to hit. It's more about keeping your opponent in spaces where you don't want them to be able to go.
