If someone knows the exact please post it here. I know fox and falco start around 20 and end just short of 100. falcon starts close to zero and ends about the same

What can Pika do about puff doing a well spaced retreating bair on shield. I've tried upsmash OOS but I just get wrecked after I whiff. Puff moves too fast for anything to come out after shield stun ends

Yeah Luigi is weird. I played against some Luigi when I was in Pittsburgh during the school year. I don't feel comfortable going of stage to gimp or interrupt their recovery, and it seems like only aerials near the edge or a back throw can get them off stage which makes setting up those gimps...

I also lose to my local yoshi player, he's quite good. I get a lot of kills with WD Fsmash if I can predict his approach, despite how good he is. If he gets me in an up air, then like 3 more follow it because he's so good at connecting them. I think if I learn to avoid those I'll take a lot less...

Not much DD in sm4sh but pika really needs to stay mobile in Melee in order to find the right approach. Up air, nair and dtilt are often the approaches, so just move until you find an opening for them or something else. Most Pikachu mains focus a lot on movement when practicing techniques...
