    I use it sometimes. I don't catch myself using it that much, but I seem to remember it having quite some knockback. :)

    I don't know if there is an exact "easier" way. I would say go to training and try it out. :) If it's not working, then you can read the the guide on this board, and see if it has any answers to your questions. ;)

    Hmm . . . Well, that all depends. There could be a really good Pikachu vs. an average/bad Jigglypuff, and Pikachu can win. The same with a really good Jigglypuff. :)
