    What's your source for the 3.9 ms delay on the ASUS? I thought it was supposed to be closer to 2 or 1 ms. I have that exact monitor. However, I use my old monitor for Smash. It's a 60hz ASUS that's also supposed to have a 2 ms latency. Using the Sewell HDMI adapter, I was still told by others...

    I just messed with it for a couple of minutes. For me it seems like Falcon techs in place a lot more (like 90% of the time) when he's level 1. When I tried levels 4 and 9, he was mixing it up way more. So, try other CPU levels if you haven't.

    It's GCRebuilder. You'll use GCR to build a hacked Melee ISO using Achilles' hacks once they're released.

    I'm not sure what you mean. If I disable the frame limit in Dolphin, I hit 200+ fps on most stages, around 140 on FoD. The emulation is simulated as quickly as my hardware allows, which makes it play like an extreme lightning melee. I don't see how processing more frames per second would slow...
