Indeed that is true I partake in those affairs blazblue and melty And serious response, from waht I know yes. Thats where they play for weeklies as well. I personally don't play sf but I play blazblue and melty so I go to shoryuken quite often to see what's going on there.

Friday was fun stuff :3 I didn't really get to go around and play random people, but I know I played Taki and got destroyed xD I was the random Link/Failcon/Ganon and wearing a shirt that said Touhou Project :3

Oh btw, just mentioning this if you don't already know, but the people from shoryuken are also bringing ps3s and 360s for Blazblue and SSFIV so I would assume the more setups, the better :3
