If the leak is true then they will be DLC so they are still in the game. They are only out of the starting roster so it isn't a big deal.

I put a white mark where I took the color from on MK's background. As you go towards the white on the color map it slowly turns to a light purple. That explains the gradient. It is a very cool colored purple, so there isn't a lot of red in it, but it is purple. Don't fight an artist on colors.

His color is dark purple not blue and goes to light purple, so it goes from dark purple to a paler purple, ya know, like a gradient is supposed to.

Nope. The angle is different, the shape of the laurel crown is different, and the leaves on Dark Pit's crown are smaller. The spike of hair in between his eyebrows is more swooped to the side in Pit's art but falls straighter down in Dark Pit's. Dark Pit's eyes are also thinner and he is looking...

Yeah no. If you actually look at the pictures there are no similarities, past the eyes. Which are facing the same direction. The transparency is super misleading. It could very well be fake, and I have no points that suggest this is real. If the leaker could fake the renders for Ness and Duck...
